Employment Law Practice in New York

Client Background

An employment law practice in New York had relied exclusively on referrals to get leads. Their main objective was to attract more calls that turn into paying clients specifically for Employment Law. They were tired of chasing referrals by going to networking events and calling their clients to ask “Who do you know?.” Since they were skeptical of Google Ads and digital marketers in general at the beginning, the budget was $1,000 per month.

Project Scope

Our approach consisted of the following steps:

  1. Review the existing advertising to determine ways to improve efficiency. (This attorney was only using referrals and didn’t have reliable data to show what the results were)
  2. Identify advertising methods that were currently not being utilized and recommend ways in which the campaign can achieve best results. (Google Ads is by far the best ROI for attorneys)
  3. Use tested and proven campaigns and landing pages to get the best possible conversion rate.
  4. Implement call tracking to ensure that all phone inquiries are properly captured, recorded and improvements in the call handling process identified.

These actions were completed within 48 hours after the start date.

Results

Since building the campaigns, the client’s expectations were surpassed. The budget was raised to $1600/month in the 2nd month and $3000/month in the 4th month.

Client Feedback

“I have been searching for an effective digital marketing vendor for years now. I decided to contact Luda because I found her own marketing efforts to be organized and highly focused, which seemed like a good sign. Disorganization and a lack of vision has been my primary criticism of prior vendors. She can demonstrate, and understands, the importance of results. She is FAR more accountable than the other digital marketing vendors I’ve worked with, and was very responsive during the campaign. I am somewhat reluctant to write this review because I’m hoping word doesn’t get out that she’s talented at this, lest we lose our secret weapon. But she’s great. I never write these things, but this one was earned.”  — Christopher Davis
